    Technical Team

    The quality and availability of support has always been and continues to be, a priority at Channel Data. The company's technical team provides efficient technical support to its customers.

    Software Support capability is extended by Channel Data's Service Providers to customers who desire more enhanced technical support to meet 'Service Level Objectives' and/or for customers requiring optional on-site technical support services.

    Support contracts are available for hardware and software to provide the service levels that are of vital importance in most business-critical environments.

    Channel Data offers annual on-site maintenance for all hardware products. This maintenance is available on a 9X5 or 7X24 basis and is offered on all supplied products. The Centre's proficiency is backed by strong alliances with suppliers and a major investment in spares holding and swap-out stock, thereby enabling the Company to provide a quality level of support service to our reseller partners and end-customers.
